WHITE CHOCOLATE& BERRY DUMPLINGS



Gyoza  skin
1 punnet of blue berries
1 punnet of strawberries
500gm white chocolate buttons
Oil
Sugar syrup
Double cream ( whipped with a sprinkle of sugar)
Icing sugar
mint

cut all strawberries& blue berries in to small cubes, mix together with chocolate buttons.
Place a little berry& chocolate mix onto a gyoza shin & fold in half using a little water, then  fold the two corners together.
Whip cream with a little sugar & place in middle of plate, sugar syrup on the base of plate.
Fry in hot oil 5 dumplings, till they float. Dust with Icing sugar & place around the whipped cream. Garnish with mint. Serve.
